Our Process 

We’ll begin your residential renovation or reconstruction project by listening carefully to what it is you want to do. We will meet with you at your home to gain a full understanding of what your goals are, determine a preliminary budget for the project, and discuss the scope of work that’s required.

We’ll then map the project out from start to finish to ensure the right professionals are brought in at the right time. We’ll determine dates and times for when the work will begin, the timelines and deadlines for each step in the project, finalize your budget, and begin transforming your home into the oasis you envision.

At Cober Contracting, we know that design, structural, or construction questions or issues can come up during your renovation project. That’s why Daryl is involved in every step of the process and on the job site everyday providing leadership, direction, and consistency.
